Party trays or food platters are a selection of foods that are served for parties, business functions or any special event. The trays of food are set up buffet style and can be served in disposable food pans, typically full pans or half pans of food as well as other disposable containers for sandwich platters and dessert trays.
Half pan feeds approx. 10 portions, full pan feeds approx. 20 portions, depending on the dish. Items that are by count are listed as so in parentheses () on the menu.
The food is delivered hot, in foil pans with lid coverings, with the exception of gumbo.
Gumbo is fully cooked but, must be delivered slightly chilled in a storage container to prevent spoilage and spillage during transport, it is then quick heated on site. The rice for the gumbo is delivered warm in its own foil pan.

Yes, the minimum food order is $500 (before taxes and service & delivery).

We accept payments via Zelle and Venmo. Please read the "Payment Options" section on the last pages of the menu for details. The payment instructions will also be listed on the bottom of your quote.
No, we do not accept any payments day of delivery. Your order must be PAID IN FULL prior to your delivery. Please read the full drop-off catering policy highlighted on the last pages of the menu.
Sorry, we do not hold delivery dates and time. The only way to secure your delivery date and time is by booking. Bookings are on a first booked, first served basis.
Sorry, we only offer drop-off catering. Pick up from our work kitchen is not an option.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide refunds due to your canceled event or due to you having to cancel your order however, we may be able to provide a credit for booking at a later date based on date availability. Please be sure of your plans prior to booking.
