The food is delivered hot, in foil pans with lid coverings, with the exception of gumbo.
Gumbo is fully cooked but, must be delivered slightly chilled in a storage container to prevent spoilage and spillage during transport, it is then quick heated on site. The rice for the gumbo is delivered warm in its own foil pan.

No, we do not accept any payments day of delivery. Your order must be paid in full no later than 3 days prior to delivery. Please read the full drop-off catering policy highlighted on the last pages of the menu.
Sorry, we do not hold delivery dates and time. The only way to secure your delivery date and time is by booking. Bookings are on a first booked, first served basis.
Sorry, we only offer drop-off catering. Pick up from our work kitchen is not an option.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide refunds for canceled events or canceled orders, we will only be able to provide a credit for booking at a later date based on date availability. Please be sure of your plans prior to booking.
